Amazing cosy stay, we loved it!
We had a brilliant stay at Under Arden; the flat was cosy and warm, plenty of towels and facilities to cook / make tea & coffee - we particularly appreciated the coffee bags and milk and the welcome gifts of cake and sweets! The sofa was really comfy, with access to WiFi and TV apps. The location is brilliant with only a short walk up the hill from the centre of town. Very quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the upstairs tenants. We also really appreciated that the host allowed us to check in at short notice a little earlier than we'd planned due to the weather/ plans; it really helped us out!
The only negative point ( we are reluctant to give one ) is that there were no washing products such as shampoo and conditioner or soap, although we should have brought our own. )

Good location in a town worth visiting.
Quiet location just off main road. Well set up for solo traveller. Good bed, separate bathroom and shower, lounge room.
Lyme Regis is steep - if you have mobiliyy issues maybe mot ideal as its a steep hike on narrow footpath from town. Also has internal steps that you need to remember are there.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights.
Comfortable clean space and nice decor. Biscuits and chocolate was a lovely touch. Car parking space which was very handy. Not far from the town and beach.
Even though it is dog friendly there is no garden space or a green space very close for doing doggy business. The park wasn’t super far away though. We could easily hear the people staying upstairs. Floorboards were quite loud when they were walking in at night and we could also hear them talking.

Accommodation was good as a base but you need to be aware of its underground location.
Accommodation was comfortable, modern and clean. It served its purpose as a base well.
Premises was underground, on a hill and steps down to get in and within the building. Not good for those with mobility issues. Bathroom had low ceiling and doorway. If you are over 6 foot may be caution is needed. I banged my head a couple of times. Reversing in to the parking space is tight and is near a corner so great care has to be taken.
