    What is there not to like about this place perfect location with the most amazing beach right on your door step some cracking restaurants and a great cafe on the riverside absolutely everything you could need literally a home from home fully equipped kitchin,great games room stocked with stuff for the little ones bucket,spades and ball games for the beach it's the little touches that make all the difference all the rooms were a perfect size for a family of 6 and a dog and not one of us could find a fault Lucy is a phone call away if needed this was our last holiday with our dog and our first proper one with our granddaughter and this place made it one of the best holidays we have had. great yarmouth £8 taxi ride away gorleston beach 5 minute walk and this beach is a hidden gem!! we are already planning our 2027 visit after we had said before hand this was our last uk holiday if it's the same as we had previously at other properties so it shows how good this place really is we can't wait to return 😀

    The house easily accommodated the needs of five adults. It was a very short walk to the seaside in one direction and the high street in another.
