  Beautiful cottage in stunning location!

  We have had a fantastic stay in the cottage. It’s very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean! The jacuzzi was a cherry on the top. The location is really good. The shop is within few minutes walk, the George inn pub is stunning and the food was good. The communication with Red Kite was excellent and instructions were very detailed and clear.

  Just one small negative which wouldn’t stop me from staying there again - double bed is really small.

  A perfect retreat in the countryside

  Everything! The beds were so comfy, the cottage was well stocked with everything from crockery and cutlery to tea/coffee and kitchen amenities like foil and dishwashing tablets/washing up liquid. There is also plenty of gorgeous hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hot tub was a bonus and there are clear instructions on how to keep it clean and fresh. Having a washing machine was super handy and plenty of drying spaces on the line outside and inside on the old fashioned hanging rail. The cottage was beautifully presented, gorgeous decor and the views were spectacular- fields with horses out the front and endless fields out the back. Huge garden! Overall a fantastic place for a family gathering and in a perfect location for Bath and nearby villages such as Bradford on Avon, Winsley and Avoncliff. A fantastic pub in the village too - The George. There’s a well stocked Coop a short walk away and a farm shop 5 minutes drive (good coffee). Hartley Farm in Winsley is also a really great place to have lunch and get some supplies.

  I would recommend staying here for the propety and the proximity to everything you need

  Beautiful property had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable 3 day stay

  pleasant but wouldn't rush back.

  beautiful location, easy access to where we wanted to visit.

  Beds were not very comfortable and double beds were very small. King Size beds would have been alot better. Kitchen equipt was very sparse, not enough plastic glasses for use in the hot tup. Overall it felt like the inventory needs checking and several items replacing. TV channels very limited.
