Disappointing
The room was freezing. It was 15 degree. We travelled near end of August on a motorbike. I went with the review but was disappointed. My wife felt extremely cold inside the room. After waiting for a couple of hours trying to get ourselves warm we decided to book elsewhere. As a last resort my wife decided to ring the number which was given to check whether they can put the heating on. The lady said it was summer and they do not put heating on. When my wife asked whether they could provide a hot water bottle she said she will try and gave us one. The man who got the hot water bottle suggested to take a hot shower, not sure how that would work for the whole night even with my medical knowledge!!!!

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful but remote part of the countryside. Fantastic breakfast!
The breakfast was outstanding, and the lady that runs the place did a great job and was a very lovely person. Regarding the location, it is in the middle of nowhere, but it was actually very close to where I needed to be for my work, so that was very useful. That said, some people might find the rather remote location a benefit if they want to get away from the rest of the world.
To be honest, there wasn't anything that I didn't like. The place is well kept, it's clean, and it's a lovely place to stay. If I could be very picky, maybe some sort of writing desk within the room would have been handy, being as I was there for work. I did spend a fair bit of time doing some admin, and many hotels and B&Bs these days will have a writing desk, but that said, I am being very picky there.
