    Ljubazni i predusretljivi domaćin Goran i njegov saradnik Tiosav. Lokacija objekta, koji se nalazi izmedju restorana i jedine prodavnice koja radi u Brzeću. Sam objekat tj zgrada je nov, apartman lepo skockan i vrlo prijatan, kompletno je opremljen i ima sve što je potrebno. Pogled je bio opuštajući i ono što je meni najvažnije bio je potpuni mir tokom celog dana i noći. U sklopu zgrade je i " Kutlača" mali porodični pansionski restoran sa fantastičnom hranom i cenama koje su neverovatne. Ukoliko se budemo vratili u Brzeće znamo gde ćemo odsesti.
