    Great, relaxing weekend.

    The property was lovely, very well presented and modern. The location was perfect, 10 minute drive into Durham. The farm itself was nice and quiet and the host was great. He met us on arrival and shown us into the lodge and was available if we needed him over the weekend.

    Absolutely brilliant, I think they should stop advertising and let me live there instead ☺️

    I loved the location, the decor and feel of the lodge was lovely and all the animals were amazing, and the hosts were lovely it’s somewhere I could happily have stayed and not came back,

    There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property I could happily have stayed there and not came home, if I had to give any critique at all it would be maybe exchange the sofa for that of a sofa bed maybe, that way you could have 2 parents and kids sleeping, but this is literally me clutching at straws and is not a necessity

    Our stay was excellent we thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed seeing the donkeys and the dogs aswell!

    Lovely surrounding area very peaceful, clean and tidy and had every thing you needed.

    Only things were the shower pressure was slightly to much and a curtain in the bedroom to go over the blinds wouldn’t go a miss for the light mornings.

    A lovely rural hideaway

    We were met by the owner, who was really friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean, with lovely highend finish . The lodge was cosy and comfortable, smelt amazing and the welcome gifts left were a lovely touch.
