    Positive emotions

It was very good stay in the very center of the city. The place is calm and well managed. It is value for money. The staff is very helpful. Worth to return back once again. Positive emotions.

The staff was professional and always helpful, I especially liked Elena. The restaurant, The Chateau, was excellent. One of the best in Kharkov. I enjoyed the location of the hotel the best. There is a medical clinic 20 meters from the hotel to secure a COVID PCR test to fly back to the USA (very convenient).

Cute hotel but lack of service and cleanliness.

Not very clean room. Dusty. Stains on bed linnen. Reception asked me to pay extra to have this changed. Lack of service. Overall cute hotel.
