Very disappointed, poor customer service for a chain with many houses

    The location

Noisy children in the shared pool , the steep steps , the wrong address given . The owners attitude to my unhappiness. I didn’t even stay the second night because I wanted peace , I even paid for the 2 nights for my 3 dogs and he even kept that and probably rented the room out again on the night I was supposed to stay. Very disappointed in this group GoToGeres , never again !

Localização excelente e tudo superou as expectativas. Obrigado ao Rui e ao Nuno!
