    Mycket bra läge. Nära till det mesta. Rent, fräscht & lätt att få kontakt med hyresvärd

    Att det var i källarplan utan fönster . Borde jag kollat upp innan men misssde

    Quite disappointing

    The location is great, and the beds were really comfortable. The hosts did try to be helpful the next morning when we raised the issues, and they were very easygoing about letting us check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated.

    We were initially given the wrong WiFi code by a member of staff, though we eventually managed to work out the correct one. The hot tub, which was the main reason we booked this property, wasn’t working. It’s possible we simply weren’t given instructions on how to turn it on. We tried to contact the host, but as it was already late we couldn’t get through, so unfortunately we never got to enjoy it. On closer inspection, the hot tub also hadn’t been cleaned properly; there were hairs floating at the bottom, so to be honest we’re not sure we would have used it anyway. We also had problems with the hot water and had to take cold showers. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working well, and we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work at all.
