  New apartment, close to the metro station. We arrived late but received very precise directions, so we found it easily and were able to get in. The rooms faced the street, and I was a little worried that it would be noisy, but it wasn't at all.

  Moderno, limpio y cómodo :)

  Moderno, limpio, cómodo. Estuvimos 3 amigas y genial. Para 4 muy bien, incluso el sofá es sofá-cama y podría ser hasta para 5-6, aunque recomiendo máximo 4. La chica que nos atendió, Maurilia, muy amable y disponible. Sin duda, para repetir. A 5 minutos andando parada de tranvía y a 2 minutos andando de bus. La parada del metro está como a 10 minutos. Genial :)

  No tenemos queja. La última noche se nos fue el agua caliente pero era por un problema del edifico central, no del apartamento en sí, así que nada que añadir.

  At around 10 P.M. on the 28th of July we returned to our accommodation at Via Giuseppe Govone 37, and we found out that we were unable to unlock the metal door of our apartment. At first, we tried to open it ourselves, but we couldn't. Then we tried to call the number our host gave us, but nobody picked up. Next, we tried the number of a company which was supposed to manage the apartment, again nobody picked up, this was around 11 P.M. We were left only with the option to call a local locksmith. An hour later he arrived, this was around midnight. He assessed the situation and decided that the only way in was to cut the bottom part of the lock. We paid EUR 463,60. When the locksmith successfully opened the door, police arrived. Someone called it probably because of the noise that made the metal saw which was used to cut the lock. The police quickly figured what was going on and then left together with the locksmith, who has left us the check for the job he did. Everything was solved at around 1 A.M. It was very unpleasant situation for us during our holiday. We request reimbursement of the costs incurred for the locksmith in amount of EUR 463,60. The accommodation provider informed us that we are entitled to compensation from booking.com. The booking.com told me that I have to solve the above mentioned issue with the accommodation provider... So nobody is responsible... terrible experience!!!
