    Staff were lovely, tea and coffee were supplied daily and available at reception at no extra cost. The room was beautiful with a nice bathroom. Luggage forwarding was easy and straightforward.

    The room was a little small which was expected.

    Excellent stay

    We had a suite which was 2 rooms opened into 1. We had a roof garden, a open air bath and a shower that opened into the garden. It was nice to have doors open and have fresh air. We had kitchen facilities although we didn't use them except for the kettle. We got fresh towels after 1 night stay. The pyjamas were cotton/linen and so comfortable to wear. Free coffee and water available at reception. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good location with a subway station a few 100m away. There's lots of restaurants and bars close by for eating out. We would've happily spent a few more days in this room.

    There were a lot of steps in the rooms. It was hard to see them in the dark so theres a real risk of tripping and falling. I fell going to open the room door as I forgot about the step and it was dark.

    Tiene las comodidades de un departamento y eso resulta súper cómodo ( heladera , horno eléctrico , Lavarropas entre otros ) . La ubicación es muy buena también , cerca de todo
