  Very nice and spacious apartment in lively part of Budapest but make sure you take earplugs!!!

  The property is on the 3rd floor (there is a good working lift) in Gozsdu Udvar where I have visited many times before. It's a long walkthrough with some very good bars and restaurants the entire length, so literally you are less than 10 metres from your nearest place to eat once you exit the building. The apartment itself is really big, good storage if you're staying a while (we were there 10 nights). Well equipped with fridge, freezer, full cooker, microwave, kettle, washing machine and TV/ Apple TV (though I must admit I never got the live TV to work). Bed was big and comfortable (at least half of my two person party thought so!). Table to eat breakfast, well lit, air-conditioning was good, shower was good, strong water flow and adjustable heat.

  Very strong advice to take good quality earplugs (the swimmer's bellows type that block out all noise). The unrelenting noise from 10 or 11 at night till 2 a.m. every night was unbearable. Unfortunately, there are a couple of Karaoke bars directly underneath (3 floors down but they were exceptionally loud) . Unless you take some perverse pleasure from hearing someone drunkenly murder Radiohead's "Creep" when you're trying to sleep, then you need the earplugs and not just the foam ones I ended up buying. It's a serious and honest suggestion. The apartment is really good. Out of our 10 nights, there were two quieter nights (one ironically the Saturday night). I guess also if you are intending to be out till the early hours yourself it wouldn't bother you either but it massively spoiled our stay.

  It’s a trap!! Very dirty, unhygienic and unsafe accommodation — and an unresponsive owner

  Nothing 😑

  1. The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The kitchen was covered in dust, there was hair all over the bed, the bathroom had cockroaches, and the sink was blocked. 2. The accommodation also felt unsafe. There was a very large open hole in the ceiling directly above the entrance to the apartment. 3. Finding both the key and the apartment was unnecessarily difficult, as they were located in two different buildings. The area was extremely busy and difficult to reach with luggage. Cars were not allowed to enter the area, so we had to walk there with our suitcases. 4. There was also extremely loud music/noise until around 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep, and the music started again around 8 AM. Unfortunately, because of the very poor conditions, we had no choice but to leave the accommodation and move to a very clean and comfortable hotel just around the corner, where we stayed for the remaining nights. We reported these problems to both the property and Booking.com immediately and provided photos and evidence from the first day. After just one day, we returned the key to their lockbox and informed them that we had left. They first asked us to send photos and videos, then asked us to return the key, and after we did exactly that, they completely ghosted us and provided neither a proper response nor a refund. We had booked 5 nights, but unfortunately two full days of our trip were spent dealing with this situation — contacting Booking.com and the property, trying to clean and make the apartment usable, and looking for alternative accommodation. I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation. There are many much cleaner, safer and better options in Budapest. I would also recommend being aware of Booking.com's handling of serious problems like this. Despite providing evidence from the beginning, our case remained unresolved and Booking.com offered only EUR 56.85 as a goodwill gesture for a EUR 325 reservation.

  La struttura è molto carina e funzionale. Bence è stato davvero disponibile nel momento in cui ho avuto un problema con l'accesso al condominio. La posizione è ottima per girare il centro.

  Purtroppo, l'immobile si trova al 3 piano di uno stabile dove è presente un karaoke notturno. Nonostante nel quartiere ci siano affissi dei messaggi relativi alla quiete pubblica, questa cosa non viene rispettata. Anche con dei buoni tappi per le orecchie, è impossibile dormire per quanto la musica è alta. Addirittura sabato sera è stata spenta alle 4. È un davvero peccato perchè la casa è carinissima e centrale.

  Super lokalita, zařízení, utulnost.

  Apartmán je přímo nad karaoke barem, tudíž bylo v noci hlučno. Pokud máte rádi klid, doporučuji špunty do uší.

  Muy céntrico, se llega a pie a los edificios más emblemáticos en mas o menos 1/2 horas.

  La zona de karaoke debajo del apartamento es muy molesta desde la tarde a madrugada.
