  Jednie lokalizacja i metraż obiektu/przestrzeń na plus.

  Lokalizacja idealna , jeśli jesteś nastawiony na bliskość centrum, nocne życie , szybki dostęp na pieszo do starej dzielnicy żydowskiej, dostęp do atrakcji. Natomiast jeśli ktoś lubi ciszę, to nie jest to najlepsze miejsce. hałasy dochodzą jednak tylko od strony dizennej - salonu z kuchnią, przez słabe okna

  Często korzystam z apartamentów i nie mam się za malkontenta, ale tu mam niemało uwag: Lokal już mocno zużyty: drzwi zniszczone, w jednej z sypialni nie mogłem zamknąć ich, wanna i uchwyt prysznicowy niekomfortowe, korek leżący w wannie niedopasowany, nie można było zatkać odpływu, wąż odpływu pralki przyklejony taśmą! Donośny hałaśliwy dźwięk z wentylatora w toalecie, chodził jeszcze ok 15 minut po zgaszeniu światła w toalecie. Zerwane haczyki zasłon okiennych w kilku miejscach. Generalnie łazienki, meble w kuchni, sprzęt, drzwi do remontu/wymiany. Ponadto w ofercie była kawa - zastaliśmy tylko pustą puszkę, herbata - też nie było. Ręczniki marnej jakości (cienkie i zużyte). Na łóżku dla dwóch osób tylko jedna kołdra. Co prawda była druga w szufladzie, ale bez poszewki. Pomyślałem w trakcie pobytu, że dobrze, że tym razem nie byliśmy z dziećmi.

  המיקום של הדירה מעולה!!! קרובה למסעדות חנויות ואטרקציות מרכזיות. הדירה מאוד גדולה ומרווחת. המטבח ענה על כל הציפיות.

  none of the air-conditioners worked, it was located in party town, and there was construction noise during the day, but thankfully this stopped after a couple of days, bed linen was of poor quality, blown fuse in master bedroom, difficult to impossible to contact manager, (even to let them know we were leaving early in the morning ... they were not onsite or in the city), the key collection was farcical (down the road (100 metres) and into a dark carpark then behind a door there was about 20 locked boxes), the fans in toilet (tiny) and bathroom were loud and ran for a long time, the bath plug did not fit ... spartan accommodation

  Only if you plan to go party close by and don't care about state of apartment.

  Location is good. There is free parking in garage which is huge plus. Good place if you are in to parties and don't care about property much. Not so good for family stays.

  1. Images are not realistically showing state of the property it's in much worse condition than images show 2. Host communication was anything but friendly. We really get bad vibes from host 3. Toilet is a shoe box size 4. Pillow are tick as 2 sheet of paper 5. Shower head is so short that you can't comfortably shower standing up 6. Chair on balcony almost fall apart when I sit on it 7. Place is not dirty but it also don't feel clean 8 Garage reek of piss. Place is large and good for group of young people that want to drink and party.. Based on host conversation and state of apartment probably main clientele of the apartmant. Not so good with family..
