  Great location, spacious apartment

  Excellent central location - most places within very easy reach Great choice of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes from the door Plenty of space in apartment Super clean Generally good communication from host Facilities and amenities all v good Soft beds

  As noted in previous reviews the things to be aware of are (1) very small bathroom facilities for the size of apartment - the tiny sink is fine for handwashing but cupboard above sink means you are not able to lean over it to wash face/clean teeth, and shower access made difficult by an inward opening shower door (2) noise from courtyard- we expected some in the evening from the cafes in the courtyard but there was significant noise/rumbling every morning that we were there from about 7-10am from the engine/generator of a food storage/ delivery van which sets up in the courtyard for all the restaurant deliveries. We didn’t get check in instructions in advance so I was a bit worried but the host was helpful when I contacted on the day and sent everything through promptly. Just be aware of these and weigh them against the lively space and central location. We were happy with our stay in this great apartment. Thanks!

  Good location and spacious.

  The main reason we booked it was because we had been traveling for nine days and we were looking forward to using the washing machine. Where you put the soap was incredibly moldy as well as the inside of the washing machine so we did not feel comfortable using it. Also, the bathroom had no windows or ventilation so there was a prominent smell.

  Nice and cosy, but expensive for the services

  The location is great, very nice atmosphere. The apartment is nice and cosy, and had a nice temperature. Beds and linen where very clean and comfortable. The host did reply fast to our messages.

  We where not advised of the renovation works in the interior patio. The scaffolding covers all interior windows which have no shades, not a nice view and expect to share your morning coffee in your pijamas while the workers stare at you.. :( Definetly not expected and not in line with the cost of the appartment. Kitchenware is scarce, just 2 small sauce pans and 2 pots, 4 bowls, few glasses, not enough even for four people... Not very clean either. Overall some maintenance is needed (better clean supplies, dirty doors, limescale on top shower..) The washing machine is in Danish, we asked for the instructions and host suggested to use google translate (tip: you can find them in english online). Apparently is also a dryer, but we did not manage to make it work. As shared by other guests, the bath sink is too tiny, we had to wash our face and brush our teeth in the kitchen.

  Overpriced given that the neighbourhood is very noisy and there is no elevator.

  The furniture and beds were good. It was also good that no pets, or smoking was allowed. The facility was very clean. Beds were good. The kitchen was also very good.

  Extremely strict check-in and check-out time. The owners can do much better than keeping the apartment empty between 10:00 to 15:00 everyday! I was also charged and absurd amount of money per day for "sheet renewal" which never happened. This payment was not shown while searching in booking.com . It only appeared after the booking was complete. The apartment is located at the third floor, and there is no elevator. This should be clearly stated BEFORE BOOKING. I had to carry two trolleys and 3 luggages up and down, which actually ruined the day for me and believe me I'm a strong and big man!
