It was very good.
The apartment is very close to the train station, but is a little bit of babylon. It's located in a old quite quarter with few people living there.
Although facilities were very good, humidity and age of the building was apparent.

Buena base para recorrer Venecia
La ubicación y que era muy tranquilo
Que no tuviese aire acondicionado aunque si varios ventiladores

Would recommend for longer stays, perhaps not for just a night.
Way bigger than we expected! Full kitchen with everything you would need for a long stay - even a washer and dryer!
About 25 mins from piazza san marco which is fine if you have a decent amount of time to explore but if you’re just staying for the night I would recommend somewhere closer to the main sights.

Fijne uitvalsbasis
Centraal gelegen, rustige accommodatie.
