    Listing misrepresentation and zero support. I booked a studio for my family of four in Manila because the app explicitly

    Unfortunately, there was nothing to like about this experience due to severe misrepresentation and terrible customer service.

    Listing misrepresentation and zero support. I booked this property for my family who only had one single night to spend in Manila. The listing explicitly stated the studio room included two beds. Instead, my family of four was given only one double bed and a sofa bed. To make matters worse, the admin office was completely closed because it was a Sunday. My family had to waste precious hours of their incredibly short trip trying to get this sorted out. In the end, no one from management offered any form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the massive inconvenience. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability.
