Beautiful flat in grutty building and street.
The flat itself was perfect. Clean, well-looked after, everything you see in the photo is true. Someone has put a lot of effort into making that place nice and they have good taste.
The building and the surrounding area are a total dump. There are multiple empty properties on the street and one closed by the police. The outside of the building looks like a squat, the entrance is so dirty I almost turned away before seeing the flat. It smells damp, it doesn’t feel safe. Parking was also an issue. The app says there is parking but it’s council parking with a 3 hour limit a detail that would have put me off booking had I known.

Rustige plek vlakbij station. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen in de stad en met Openbaar vervoer! Je hebt echt alles wat je nodig hebt. Badkamer/douche top! Bed top! Je bent welkom met kleine attenties.
De inkom is een beetje rommelig. Ze zijn nog aan het werken?.. De rolgordijntjes van de slaapkamer waren stuk.

Loft Apartment
The location is excellent for the railway station and doing everything around the South Bay. Really quiet in relation to traffic and people noise. Brilliant water pressure in the shower. Really comfortable large bed.
It was really windy when I stayed and there was a lot of outside banging noise on the bedroom side with it being a loft apartment. Ear plugs are essential if you want to get any sleep during bad weather. The shower cubicle is a challenge for anyone on the larger side as it is a corner one. The sofa in the main room is a bit small and I needed several cushions to make it comfortable for any long sitting times. A foot stool would have been useful.
