Very clean and welcoming, very well stocked. Very happy with layout.
No instructions for the TV, 3 different controllers, we are all over 60, so found it very difficult to work out, so gave up in the end. One sofa was quite uncomfortable, could feel the hard divide between the 2 cushions, which were quite soft compared to the other sofa. However, these 2 issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment of staying in the house .

Really nice property in quiet location. Beautifully fitted out.
No instructions for appliances. Cold bedroom floors at night. No net curtain/blinds in front bedroom.

As previously stated.
Very nice and local to all amenities and the city.
Had to search for the instruction leaflets on cooker which preferably should have been in show and not tucked away in the draws by the rear door.
