    Beautiful interior but It was the worst service ever.

    They are far out and they don’t state how difficult it is to get cabs. On the first night we were stuck and only managed to get home around 4am because yangos weren’t accepting trips and their Gracimor shuttles stop operating at 10. We requested for the further that’s on their page. We were picked up in an Alpharetta that was in empty had no aircon and the driver was driving at 40. On the second day we were overcharged for a shuttle transfer which from eastpark to Gracimor they charged us $100 United States dollars , 1800 Zambian Kwacha as of today. Not only that they would barge into our apartment and demand payment. WiFi was terrible, rooms were stuffy, door handles wouldn’t open from inside, it was terrible. Beautiful interior but absolutely terrible service.

    Well decorated. Clean, spacious. Very well presented. Chinthu the property manager was responsive, patient, professional and extremely helpful.

    Lack of sufficient crockery. Such as glasses and cutlery. Optional drivers were not adjusted really available.

    Nothing, I wasnt allowed to stay unless i allow them lock two rooms in the 3 bedroom apartment.. there reason? I was alone. I left and didnt stay.
