    Very overpriced. Would have expected quiet rooms and more attention to keeping breakfast items hot. Not worth the price.

    Excellent location, nicely decorated rooms, very good restaurant for dinner. Great staff.

    Noisy fridge in room, some lights/sockets not working, very poor (cold ) breakfast buffet, view from room obscured by scaffolding.

    Welcoming, comfortable, excellent Riverside location

    The hotel and staff were great, welcoming and friendly. The room was quite dark, we had a partial river view which meant a tiny balcony with just one chair took out part of the room. It would have been better with just a big window to let in light and lose the tiny balcony area. Staff were veryhelpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine if a bit busy. Eating in the Garden Room restaurant at night proved difficult - due to some gastro surgery I struggle with digesting some food textures but can usually always find something to eat on a menu but not so at the Garden Room unfortunately as the menu was very limited. That aside, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely return and just eat elsewhere in the evening. The Riverside location and gardens were so lovely with comfortable chairs allowing us to sit and watch the punting on the river in the sunshine
