The bed is comfy and it's clean . The shower needs more power like a trickle. Staff are business-like . Which is not bad but lesser stars are more agredable.. breakfast service down below I didn't eat second time even when included
For what they call 4 star one would think they would have better soap and shampoo and conditioner but they have the little packets like a 1 to 3 start hotel In my travels this is not 4 star the Dubai is 3 star same toiletries. With a ceiling fan thus has a portable A/C beside the bed on a table.
