Mauvais rapport expérience / prix
L’emplacement, la vue, la luminosité, l’espace, stationnement facile
800€ les 4 nuits, le tarif est plutôt dans la moyenne très haute pour Lanzarote. Au programme : - une hôte qui donne des instructions partielles à mon arrivée (obligé de réclamer le wifi, pas d’instructions concernant le jacuzzi -et fini par me demander via WhatsApp au 4eme jour de baisser le disjoncteur sur le tableau électrique caché au fond d’un placard si je ne l’utilise pas- comment aurais-je pu deviner ?), - pas de gel douche, pas de tapis de douche. - sol de l’appartement sale, ne marchez pas pieds nus après votre douche - lave vaisselle qui fuit et inonde la cuisine, sans excuse de l’hôte qui explique simplement par WhatsApp qu’elle verra ça au checkout - il est utile de préciser que la terrasse est très visible des passants et peu d’intimité dans le jacuzzi (que je n’ai pas utilisé à 39,5 degrés sans pouvoir modifier la température) - Indépendant de l’hôte mis coupure d’électricité et d’eau non prévenue et hôte difficilement joignable pour obtenir des informations (1H15 pour une réponse à attendre de pouvoir prendre une douche)

The biggest disappointment
The only thing we liked was the view from the balcony overlooking the harbor in Puerto del Carmen
If I had to list all the problems, it would take me a whole day, and it's not worth it to me… Stay away from this place

Like the Old town and Tias, the harbour is beautiful
The location is beautiful
The patio doors were very heavy and difficult to open. Lack of lighting and no mirrors. We didn't like the glass door into the bathroom, no privacy. No instructions for the hot tub! Hot tub flooded the patio as the jets went faulty, it was a good job we weren't in it at the time.
