Apartamento no 13 andar, arejado, iluminado, limpo, com portaria 24h, bem localizado, na frente da estação Callão, com eletros funcionando. Necessita buscar as chaves (físicas) no escritório, próximo ao apartamento, que é bem administrado e organizado.

Herşeye rağmen konum ve manzarasına değdii çok güzeldiiii.
Konumu tartisilmaz efsane iyiydiiiii. Manzarasi dehsetdi. Hatta oyle bir ev ki magnetlerin uzerinde bile gorebilirsiniz bana Madrid'i sevdiren cok guzel gosderen bence evin manzarasiydi.
Evi tuttuktan sonra surekli size sirketten otomatik mesaj gelir. Ekstra odemeler falan ve bitmeycek gibiydi ben ailemle o kadar yazismam bu cok can sıkıcıydı. Ödediğim halde yine de mesaj atıp görmedik deyip özür dilerlerdi en son iptal etme derecesine geliyordum. Uçağımız rötar yaptığı için 22:01'de kapıda olmama rağmen yine de geç giriş ücreti ödüyorsunuz. Bununda bilgisini vereyim. Yastığımda ve banyoda bize ait olmayan saç teli vardı.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Zentrum der Stadt für eine Städtereise.
Die Lage und Ausstattung waren perfekt, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, Klimaanlage war angenehm. Der Blick über die Dächer Madrids bis weit an den Horizont war beeindruckend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Schlüsselabholung sowie auschecken waren problemlos
Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert.

Fantástico, comodísimo y óptima relación calidad-precio.
Todo estuvo excelente: el apartamento, el confort, la luminosidad, el equipamiento de electrodomésticos, los placares y armarios de cocina, la vajilla y la seguridad por tener una puerta blindada y personal en la recepción durante las 24 horas. El lugar es estupendo: en el edificio Palacio de la Prensa, frente a la Plaza de Callao sobre la Gran Vía y a pocas cuadras de los más importantes sitios históricos de Madrid como para visitarlos a pie como así también de las mejores tiendas y restaurantes del centro de la ciudad. Lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos y, sin duda, volveremos allí en nuestro próximo viaje.
Nada por citar: todo estaba perfecto.
