Please note that for reservations of 2 apartments or more, different cancellation and payment policies apply. Please respond to the e-mail booking confirmation sent by the hotel. As there is no reception please call 1 hour before the arrival in order to arrange the pick-up of keys. If you have a refundable booking, please note that the total price of reservation is payable in cash directly upon arrival. Please inform the representative of Grand Accommodation about an early or late check-in and check-out. A late check in after 22:00 is possible at an additional cost. A late check out is possible on request and might also incur an additional charge. Breakfast is served at a restaurant which is 400 metres away. It can be served between 09:00 - 11:30. Please note that our apartments are located in different buildings within the same central area, only a few minutes' walk from one another. Please inform Grand Accommodation Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. Kindly contact us one day before your arrival to arrange your check-in details. One day before your arrival, you will also be asked to send a copy of a valid passport or national identity card. You may send it by email, through the Booking.com Extranet chat, or via WhatsApp. This is required in accordance with Romanian legislation regarding the registration of guests staying in tourist accommodation. You can use the Special Requests box when making your reservation or contact us directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. All our apartments feature a self check-in and self check-out system, allowing you to arrive at any time, including during the night. Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) and late check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. Please request these services at least one day in advance so we can confirm availability. This property is located in a residential building. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise throughout their stay. Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. For refundable reservations, the full accommodation amount must be paid upon check-in, either in cash or by credit/debit card, unless it has already been paid in advance. This property does not accommodate hen parties, stag parties, or similar events.
