Positiv hervorzuheben sind lediglich die zentrale Lage und die Größe der Wohnung.
Ansonsten entspricht die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Preis. Die gesamte Wohnung weist deutliche, langjährige Gebrauchsspuren auf. In einem Schlafzimmer war der Lattenrost bereits mehrfach notdürftig mit Isolierband repariert worden und brach beim normalen Hinsetzen durch. Das Zimmer war dadurch praktisch nicht nutzbar. Auch die Sauberkeit war nur mäßig. Die Wohnung wirkte zwar nicht offensichtlich schmutzig, jedoch keineswegs gründlich gereinigt. Die Küchenschubladen waren innen deutlich verschmutzt. Auf dem Geschirrabtropfer lag zudem eine Glasflasche, vermutlich von Joghurt, Sahne oder einem ähnlichen Produkt, die nicht richtig gereinigt worden war und bereits Schimmel im Inneren aufwies. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Bis heute kennen wir weder den Namen der Ansprechperson noch wissen wir, ob es sich um einen Vermieter oder eine Vermieterin handelte. Alle Nachrichten waren sehr unpersönlich. Angesichts der aktuellen Lage in der Ukraine hätten wir außerdem mehr Unterstützung in Sicherheitsfragen erwartet. Informationen zu Schutzräumen und zum Verhalten bei Luftalarm erhielten wir erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen und nur sehr allgemein. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen deutlich abgewohnten Eindruck und bietet aus unserer Sicht kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eine Empfehlung können wir daher nicht aussprechen.
