    Accessibilità e servizi del quartiere ottimi. Paesaggio della via bello con queste palazzine art decò....L'appartamento è elegante, gli spazi ordinati, luminosi. La cucina attrezzata e adatta a ospitare una famiglia.

    Il letto della seconda stanza è debole e rumoroso. Le lenzuola non sono in puro cotone e sono un po' usurate. Le spugne fornite erano in numero insufficiente.
