la superficie de l'appartement
Trop bruyant côté rue, pas de double vitrage. Les joints d'étanchéité de la baignoire sont à refaire.

Toller Aufenthalt in schön eingerichteter Wohnung mit guter Musik und wenig Schlaf
Tolle Lage! Im Szene- und Ausgehviertel Marseilles. Sehr nah zum Cours Julien mit vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. In der Nähe gibt es alles: Bäckereien, Bio-Märkte, Supermärkte, viele coole Bars, Second Hand Shops, Plattenläden…. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, große Zimmer und Küche. Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und möbliert. Es stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Es gibt ein großes Bad und ein weiteres WC. Die Küche hat einen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Gekocht haben wir nicht, aber sehr nett war die Ausstattung mit Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Alles war sehr sauber, der Kontakt war nett und unkompliziert.
Es war sehr heiß in Marseille, auch in der Wohnung. Die Zimmer zur Straße raus sind sehr laut, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Es gab im Haus und auf der Straße gegenüber öfter Partys, die zu hören waren. Wir fanden das ganz lustig, da die Musik meistens gut war.

Bon appartement dans l’ensemble, très bon rapport qualité prix malgré quelques léger inconvénients.
Proximité des grands lieux et des transports. Taille de l’appartement. 1 ventilateur par chambre. Facilité pour récupérer/déposer les clés. Cuisine bien équipée. Très bien équipé en général.
Poignets/verrous défectueux. Porte condamnés mais on ne sait pas ce qu’il y a dedans. Mal isolé (on entend tout). Présence de squatteurs dans l’immeuble (quelqu’un a sonner chez nous à 1h20 du matin + cou de porte). Pas de lumière dans le deuxième salon. Télévision ne marche pas.
