    Overall nice hotel.

    But I was nice. They had a great selection in the food. Presentation was wonderful. Tasty! No problems there.

    Two things that really stood out as a problem – the glasses next to the sink in our room smelled of mildew. It appears they were left upside down and not completely dry. Also the shower floor was very slippery. I had to put down a towel in the shower because I was scared I was gonna fall.

    Wonderful hotel in heart of Charleston!

    Outstanding hotel! Wonderfully decorated inside (can you say "art work" ?), great staff, and in a great location. Our room had a beautiful view over the hotel courtyard...lovely! Hotel also has a great rooftop bar for happy hour or after dinner drinks. Finally, Eric at the Wine Bar is a gem ! I liked this hotel so much that I have selected it for a girlfriend trip to Charleston, SC in March 2026 with my best friend!
