    Nothing.

    I had to depart early; the manager assured me that I would be reimbursed for the days I did not stay at the hotel. They documented the issue in their system, corresponded with Booking.com via email, and I made several telephone inquiries, yet the refund has not been processed, more than 6 weeks later. Consequently, I found it necessary to lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. I am currently awaiting the refund. This experience exemplifies a deficiency in customer service.
