Satisfactory but should not state you have a fitness centre if you do not have one
the hotel was beautiful and location was great but the bar and restaurant downstairs was cluttered with luggage, they should tidy that up
It was advertised as having a fitness centre but there wasnt a gym at all, they need to take that off as its misleading. The lobby area is also very stuffy and hot, either no ventilation or heater is on too hot, need to change that My initial booking was a double bed in a standard room and the room size was absolutely tiny, so if you are sharing with someone else you have no space to move around, barely any space to place your luggage The beds could have been softer

Velmi dobré ubytování v centru města.
Opravdu skvělé snídaně, velký výběr, vše čisté a čerstvé. Jídelna je ve vyšším patře, s výhledem na město. Pohodlné postele, skvělá lokalita hned u zastávky tramvaje. V dochozí vzdálenosti ke stanici metra a navzdory obrovské rozloze Istanbulu, kdy nelze vše obsáhnout pěšky, se zde nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti mnoho památek. V hotelu možnost SPA. Všichni byli velice přátelští. V blízkém okolí naleznete vše, co můžete potřebovat - obchody, restaurace.

التعامل ؛ الاطلالة ، الهدوء
المكان جمبل وهاديء،تعامل الموظفين في غاية الروعة وبالأخص الآنسة وسيله التي تقوم بتسهيل مهمة الضيف اشكرها من كل قلبي وعلى ماقدمته لنا من مساعدة والسيد نجدت واونور ايضا . الافطار كان متنوعا نوعا ما ، ولكن وقت الافطار لغاية الساعة 10 قليل يجب ان يكون على الأقل لغاية الساعة 11 صباحا . موقعه الفندق بجانب محطة اكسراي للترام وهو موقع ممتاز قريب من كافة الخدمات، من الأسواق والمطاعم . أكرر شكري وتقديري وعرفاني للآنسة وسيلة والتي تتكلم اللغة العربية بطلاقة . سنعود للاقامة بهذا الفندق مرة اخرى باذن الله تعالى
فقط التاكسي يقف قريبة منه وهذه ليس يعيبا لكن للتوضيح فقط .
