Nice hotel, but the waiters are cheating the clients
The location is nice, only few minutes from the park of Chapultepec. Staffs are friendly, except in the Restaurant.
I was bocking the hotel with breakfast included but everytime the waiters in the restaurant were trying to cheat me with additional costs or telling me I need to pay for the breakfast. They took money away from my credit card which they promised me to pay back again - never happened! 40 USD additional for a breakfast what was already payed - that’a a crime! The hotel is nice but this kind of cheating is not acceptable.

Great location. Great service. Great price.
First time in Mexico City. Location was excellent for a tourist as it's adjacent to the park, Castle, museums and Condesa. It wasn't as close to Zocalo/Roma Norte but that's ok because the walk there was beautiful. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. They gave us hot towels and bottled water on arrival, stocked our rooms with bottled water, and the room service was very tasty and not that expensive. I will stay here again!
Ice is a must for me. There wasn't an ice maker available for guests (I get it, it's made from water and tourists should drink bottled water). However, the hotel delivered ice to me every night and that was amazing.
