    Very costly 1000 euros a night plus for bed and breakfast Pool not heated and was freezing despite the hot weather Staff average aside the main restaurant service

    Perfect paradise

    Grand Hotel Ambasciatori was one of my absolute favorite hotel stays of my life—and I’ve stayed in some pretty incredible places. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we could finally take a deep breath. I honestly could have spent our entire stay in Sorrento right here and been perfectly happy. The grounds, the views, the pool, the private beach area, the sunsets… just breathtaking. We loved being able to relax somewhere so beautiful and still walk into town for dinner. The staff made us feel so welcome, and there was so much attention to detail throughout the hotel. Our room was beautiful, the bed and sheets were heavenly, and even the shower’s water pressure deserves a mention. It’s those little things, along with the spectacular setting, that made this stay feel so special. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Leaving was hard. Completely obsessed, and I would come back in a heartbeat.
