The location was nice and the concierge/doormen outside were all really well- mannered and kind.
Very cold room, the heater didn’t work even on 30 degrees it still blew away cold air. The bed was persona and a half for a couple, where my boyfriend is 100 kg which is ridicolous to sell a room with this kind of bed for two adults doesn’t matter the kilograms also the bed was crooked, at an angle. The receptionist staff didn’t seem actually helpful or to enjoy being there- they asked how is the stay and when I explained those things they replied to my message on the third day to upgrade the room but we had only one day left and it just didn’t matter at that point anymore.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always happy to provide recommendations and advice to guests. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and the SPA area is definitely worth a visit. The streets surrounding the hotel offer plenty of options for dining, enjoying shisha, and shopping, which makes the location even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily recommend!

Top Lage. Nettes und hilfsbereiten Personal. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Schöne Aussicht Zimmer und Restaurant.
Hotelrestaurant zu hohe Preise. Viel Verkehr vor dem Zimmer. Schlechter Kaffee zum Frühstück.
