  The beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and it was a nice room with a decent balcony.

  The cleaning staff only came to our room at 8am. If we had do not disburse sign on after 9, then they wouldn’t come at all. They also woke us up at 8am to clean the room twice. In both situations they didn’t come back at all. We tried putting the “please clean” card on the door, but they didn’t act on it even though their cleaning cart was situated next to our room all day. We ran out of both toilet paper and tissues due to the lack of cleaning. We had to ask the front desk multiple times before receiving more, In general, the staff felt cold. We were never greeted and during breakfast had to figure out how it works on its own. They said the bar was open all day, but there was rarely a bartender.

  Είναι εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία και το roof top.

  Το δωμάτιο ήταν με καλοδιατηρημένο, τα έπιπλα όμως χρήζουν ανακαίνισης. Επίσης, η ντουσιέρα είναι πολύ μικρή.

  Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vieles fußläufig erreichbar, jederzeit wieder!

  Das moderne, gepflegte Hotel liegt für Besichtigungen zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn richtig gut. Man kann vieles fußläufig erreichen, den Rest mit der U-Bahn. Es ist einfach ein Ticket zu kaufen und sich zurecht zu finden. Das Hotel hat einen modernen Standard, alle Beschäftigten sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend dimensioniert, eine 2. Kaffeemaschine wäre evtl. in der Hauptsaison von Vorteil. Es wurde immer zügig nachgefüllt. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist empfehlenswert, ebenso die Bar. Es ist einfach schön, auf dem Dach im Freien oder hinter Glasfenstern zu sitzen. Ich würde bei einem erneuten Besuch in Neapel wieder hier absteigen.

  In der Hochsaison, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass eine 2. Kaffeemaschine am Frühstücksbuffet von Vorteil wäre.

  Fantastic location centrally located near all good spots, but avoid 8th floor rooms under the restaurant.

  Awesome location right next to Via Toledo. Very nice view from top floor restaurant area. Good decor and lighting in rooms

  Breakfast was mediocre- hot dishes not well prepared and not always hot, need second coffee machine. Bar service very slow. Some bell staff not very helpful. Bathroom was tiny. Had to move rooms after first night because loud sounds from restaurant come through floor.

  Una muy grata sorpresa

  El hotel ha sido reformado recientemente, y esta perfecto. Limpio, acogedor, bien decorado, y moderno. Tiene una ubicacion inmejorable al lado de Via Toledo, muy cerca del Barrio Español. El restaurante esta situado en el piso 9 (azotea) con unas vistas inmejorables de Napoles, y espacios interiores y exteriores muy agradables, lo que hace que el desayuno, o una copa al final del dia sea super agradable. Habitaciones amplias, acogedoras, y actualizadas. Buena ducha y buena cama. El hotel ha sido una grata sorpresa y sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Napoles.

  El desayuno esta muy bien, pero no es excepcional, y hubiese sido el punto extra de excelencia. Tiene una máquina de café para toda la sala que va lenta (y eso genera colas), sería mejor que se pudiese servir café directamente a las mesas. La oferta de huevos es limitada, y la vez que pedimos fritos los hicieron de más.
