    The location was excellent and the views were beautiful

    but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The hotel felt very dated and in need of renovation. For example, we couldn’t control the room temperature ourselves and had to contact reception to have the air conditioning switched on or off. The hot water was also unreliable: on one of the two occasions I showered, the water wouldn’t get properly hot. Our room was below the restaurant, and we could constantly hear chairs being dragged across the floor. Even someone walking in high heels upstairs was loud enough to disturb my sleep. The soundproofing was very poor. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience fell well short of expectations and did not offer good value for money.

    Great Breakfast with wonderful view of the harbor - everyone was so friendly. the location was great for touring Syracuse on foot

    we had multiple reservations and had to move our rooms - the change did not go as expected and our new room was set up for only 1 guest and had to request for mor items. I would have thought that this would not have been an issue at such a beautiful place
