La posizione meravigliosa , la gentilezza di tutto il personale….in modo particolare quella del Sig.Giovanni al bar…dei ragazzi alla reception e la grande professionalità del direttore.
Pessima la ns camera…che tra l’altro non era la standard…ma di livello superiore con costo elevato….!Era al 4 piano… piccolissima con balcone che io non chiamerei certo balcone!! Senza zanzariera…e tantissimi rumori provenienti dalla camera adiacente ( sciacquone del wc attaccato alla testata del letto) materasso che pendeva…insomma un vero disastro…da non poter riposare!!!

Posizione e vista fantastica, colazione buona. Personale gentile e a disposizione. Ristorante ottimo, abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza e siamo stati molto contenti. Al bar il barista é stato particolarmente ospitale e in generale le cameriere molto disponibili.
In generale abbiamo trovato l'hotel al di sotto delle nostre aspettative. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente basso. Per il prezzo della camera ci aspettavamo molto di più, infatti all'arrivo siamo scesi di nuovo alla reception chiedendo se ci fosse stato uno sbaglio! La camera era piccola e in generale la sensazione é stata di essere in un hotel a 3 stelle! Il bagno pure,... pulito ma di livello totalmente inferiore a un 5 stelle. Alla reception sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno proposto un cambio. Inizialmente volevano farci pagare un supplemento ma noi a quel punto ce ne saremmo andati. Quindi ci hanno spostato mantenendo lo stesso prezzo. La camera era al 4 piano. Un sottotetto con uno squarcio molto bello su Portovenere ma decisamente un po' striminzito!
