ottima struttura per il relax sul lago e per usufruire contemporaneamente di alcuni benefici termali
in generale mi è piaciuto quasi tutto, a parte le tariffe dinamiche in base alle giornate (revenue management)
le caramelle della buona notte (non idonee alla struttura) i cosmetici posti in camera (ma a pagamento se utilizzati) in base al costo della struttura sono pochi i servizi e amenities in bagno nella piscina ci vorrebbero dei cuscinetti poggiatesta e galleggianti per offrire un miglior confort

Good hotel; great location; bit overpriced
The property is superbly located; swim in the lake or swim in the fabulous thermal pool. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is v convenient for the old town - historical buildings etc. Breakfast is a v good and varied continental buffet with loads of choice and freshly squeezed OJ. The thermal pool is the money-shot - that's why you come here and it's great... really great.
The restaurant is OK but not as good as it thinks it is and the prices are too high for the food quality. There are better restaurants in the town charging half the price. The hotel also charges for in-room self-made coffee - two coffee pods (and 2 decaf pods) are free of charge on arrival but replacement pods are charged at a usurous rate. I travel all over the world on business and no other hotel I've stayed in charges for in room, self-made coffee. The late checkout fee is exorbitant and in no way reflects the cost that the hotel incurs when a guest needs to check out late because of a late flight. It's simply a sting. The town is very commercialised - teeming with tourists even in October and beautiful historical facades are now hosting geletaria (more than a dozen) to capitalise on the passing trade
