    Was surprised by the bathroom. Looked like had recently been done up, was very clean and one of the best showers I had had in a hotel for sometime. Bed was hard, which is my preference, so great nights sleep. Was unfortunate that did not have enough time for breakfast but the homemade brown bread was delicious. All in all, was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.

    Decor in reception a bit tired and could do with a little sprucing up. Also while parking on Denny street was not an issue, was a little confused by the parking situation given didnt know way around Tralee.

    Perfect night away

    Really charming hotel in the heart of Tralee. We (parents and 19 year old daughter) stayed in a triple room which had a very comfy King size bed and sofa bed. The room was spacious, very clean and smartly decorated. The bathroom too was very clean and modern with lots of hot water. All the staff we encountered where really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order and very delicious, with a nice selection to choose from. Will definitely be back

    We weren't made aware that the hotel provides complimentary parking permits at reception for nearby public car parks based on a first-come, first-served basis. There is free on street parking over night but paid during the day
