    Exceptional other than humidity

    The staff were amazing, as always. Beach was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were just right. We were checked in early and when we forgot our wallet - it was returned to us untouched - thanks to the staff!

    The room was not cleaned well as we found some wrappers on the floor from some snacks. The room was extremely humid, even the bedding felt moist. Due to this, we were cold at night with AC on (as the bedding felt wet) and we were too hot without AC as the humidity was making us sweat. It was very uncomfortable night. The room even had humidity smell. The AC doesn't seem to have any function to dry the humidity. Other than this, the stay was perfect

    Wonderful adult only swimming pool which was a great length for swimming. The Reception staff were so helpful.

    We did not feel very welcome at the Italian restaurant - felt like they wanted us to leave quickly so they could get home.
