Air-conditioning didn’t work ! The shuttle was cancelled : the commute only rely on taxi

The staffs are good & we feel being welcomed

The Air-conditioner was locked at fan mode : only blow air out , the room temperature was at 26 deg C & can’t be lower , the air inside the room is uncomfortable ( felt stuffy) , the staffs had tried their best to fit it , yet the answer was that the Air-conditioner is locked centrally and cannot be changed . The staff brought one fan in : The air condition did not improve at all . Terrible
