    Nice

    Location was very convenient.

    The renovation sound was very loud and uncomfortable. Doors are not sound proof, was able to here other doors shutting nearby.

    We keep coming back.

    The Grand Hyatt has very quickly become our favourite place to stay in Melbourne. The location on Collins Street is fantastic, the hotel itself feels properly luxurious without being stuffy, and every stay just feels easy from the moment you walk through the doors. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully presented, the facilities are excellent, and the service has consistently been warm and professional. It’s also perfectly positioned for wandering Melbourne — great restaurants, shopping and plenty of the city within easy walking distance.

    This is normally my favourite hotel. It has fantastic location and is normally really wonderful. However this time was disappointing.

    I arrived at midnight, they had been informed of my late check in and the room wasn't ready. Additionally, it was the wrong room type . It just meant after a long travel day I was left waiting to check in . Baggage clerk didnt collect my bag on arrival.
