    The view and that it was walking distance to everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable

    We booked mainly because it had a roof top bar, was not notified until going to visit it that it was closed for the night due to an event!

    Nice place with terrible cust service. Never going again.

    Double charged after I paid thru Booking.com. Front desk argued it would not show on my card but it did. I called customer service and they couldn’t help me that charges were correct then gave me an email. Spent past hour trying to fix this. Still not resolved.

    Won't be coming back

    Location and pool

    The leaking toilet down our hall creating the most disgusting smell and sloshy carpet for the whole stay. The staff did nothing to help us or make it better.

    Wished we were able to enjoy a room to rest and recover - instead was sleep deprived and disappointe

    The lobby was nice with a fun bar and music to have guests enjoy. The coffee place was good and staff helpful

    The room! Our room was at the end of the hallway and faced the city. The room seemed small overall and stuffy. The AC was set to 70 and it was hot. It wasn't working to cool the room. The sink facing the mirror to the right didn't drain. Mold in the shower. Couldn't sleep at night due to noise from downtown - no fault of the Hyatt, but put a sound machine in the room or fan something to drown out the noise and light. Due to corner room the drapery didn't fully Block out light. There was a smell in the room as well.
