Exceptional!
Everything from the staff, the decor the food and the facilities were wonderful. Top tier service from the staff and my room was AMAZING! I was here solo for a birthday trip and they were kind enough to give me a little cake to celebrate. I also dined at Chang’an Bridge - the food was delicious, definitely one of the best meals I had in China 🇨🇳
It’s a bit far from the City Wall where most of the tours leave from, but it’s very close to a subway station or a 25-30min drive to the wall.

Nice lobby
Very few staff. Only 2ppl at the front desk usually. Interior not well maintained. Doesn't feel like a5 star hotel at all in terms of service and details.
