    Excellent for Lady in red team

    I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Katherine and the entire Lady in Red team at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai. Their personalized service truly stood out—attentive, thoughtful, and delivered with genuine care. A special thank you for handling the air conditioning issue with such professionalism and efficiency. The team acted promptly and ensured a smooth resolution, which made a significant difference to my stay. Overall, the experience was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of the brand. That said, there is an opportunity for improvement within Housekeeping. The cleanliness standards and consistency of service should be enhanced. Turn-down service varied from day to day, and amenities were not always fully replenished, which fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. I look forward to returning and hope to see these areas refined, as the service excellence from the front-of-house team is truly commendable.
