Avoid--beautiful unit but with enough issues to ruin your stay.
Nice 2 BR unit, patio, pool/canal view, exactly as pictured.
1. Wi-Fi was terrible. In a unit designed to accommodate at least 4 guests, multiple devices could not be used, and a single laptop still barely worked. TVs (Direct TV) also didn't work because of this. People in adjacent unit confirmed to us the same problem. Complained two times, but the issue was not fixed before our departure. 2. One bed had a box spring which made a loud creaking sound that would wake up your partner as you got in and out of bed or rolled over in your sleep. Manager admitted the problem existed, but couldn't replace it until after our departure. Shouldn't something like this be handled before arrival? It was apparent the FIRST time my wife sat on the edge of the bed that a significant problem existed, but for whatever reason it was never addressed. 3. Ceiling fan in bedroom had a single speed, and it was the slowest speed (no air circulation) I have ever seen. I have lived in Florida for 40 years and have never had a working fan so ineffective. 4. Finally, when we book a unit with a kitchen we expect certain things to be provided. While tableware and cookware were provided, we were surprised to find no kitchen towels, oven mitts, etc. The manager correctly pointed out that they were not listed in the advertisement as amenities, but how many experienced travelers pack oven mitts in their luggage in case the unit might be deficient? A box of Kleenex in any bathroom would have been nice. 5. For our trouble the management company sent us a $100 restaurant gift card, which was not sufficient for the inconvenience based on the price of the rental. I retained still photos/videos/text messages to document each of the above issues in case anyone wishes to challenge this review.

Very quiet and great location
The ac ducts need to be cleaned theres microbial growth coming out of them and the dock area for boats doesnt have water/electric/ or a cleaning table. Would really add some value and appeal to make the dock area outside pool a little better.
