    Not impressed won't be back

    The location was good we were able to get transport easily and even walked to Lego land. The pool looked nice but unfortunately we didn't get chance to use it. Had a nice view from the balcony. Check in info was easy to understand, only problem was security staff at gate were asking for a qr code that I didn't have. Having and airer/clothes rack for drying clothes was good.

    Unfortunately our apartment A23-05 was not very clean when we got there but it was to late when we arrived to do anything about it. The towels in the bathroom were old and had holes and stains on them, and no hand towel for drying hands, we only had a small amount of toilet paper on the roll when we arrived and there was no extra rolls anywhere so we had to buy our own, and the bathroom didn't look like it had been well cleaned in a long time. Also we lost hot water on day 2 of 4 and never got it back again befor we left, good thing it was hot enough for a cold shower. In the kitchen we only had 1 mug, 1 bowl, 1 fork, 2 knives, 2 spoons and 2 plates, nothing to put dishes on to dry or a tea towel to dry dishes and the sponge left to wash with was old and greasy and you could not use it to wipe benches or table as it was a scourer style. Also there was no coffee or tea stuff. The bed was very hard and the blanket on the bed was too small for the bed, it didn't even go to the sides of the bed and it was stained. The draws in the wardrobe were dirty and dusty so we could not use them. Lastly the smart door didn't work as it was missing most of its batteries and the key slot was not very easy to get to or use.
