    Not so great start, marginally unhappy but one of the night managers made it worthwhile in the end

    We loved most things location, staff and beds where amazing

    What was not so great was the pre check in; I had asked 3 months, 2 months and a reminder 1 week in advance for joint rooms only for this to be ignored. Responses where from a third party id guess as the answers where generic matter how much I asked This part was poor as my wife midnight arrival turned in to a little bit of stress
