    Beutuful hotel in the heart if the auckland

    I booked a spacious high end room because I have 2 very active 1 and 2 yr olds and it was great. Great location-close to the heart of town -comes with parking option (with an affordable daily rate), good selection of food at breakfast buffet (also gave a high chair that helped), very family friendly-staff always courtious of young kids. Bith rooms came with baths so that we didn[t have to bring our foldable bath tub. Cots available on request. First night we stayed the aircon wasn't great and it was too warm but when we checked out I mentioend this and they said to ring reception so they could fix it. Second time I stayed it was a different room but still warm so I called and they fixed it and made the room colder which was great. Overall very helpful staff

    PERFECT, COMFORTABLE, RELAXING!

    Everything was clean, it was perfect! Lenty of towels for our stay and it was in a good location. Close to shops. The staff was very kind and accomodating. My partner and I stayed here a few years back and we loved it so much we had to bring back our little family, kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast. The pillows were more comfortable than our ones at home 😂 we left feeling relaxed and ready to head home. And whatever the air freshener was in the lobby I need that for my house! 😂❤️

    I like absolutely everything about this place and my stay.

    By displaying more no smoking signs around the premises as I did not know it was smoke free and the staff didn’t explain it either when I signed the form. I got charged $300 for vaping but I didn’t even know
