    The good and friendly customer service given by the reception staffs was amazing even though I arrived late to the hotel ( checked in around 1030p.m and got a room change due to faulty plug point even at late hour of 12 midnight).prompt arrangement from the reception staff and maintainance staff.

    The sauna service open opens at 11 am couldn't use the service.

    Rooms were clean and tidy. Toilet bidet spray needs some maintenance works, noticed water flowing out too much when in use. Otherwise all good.
