    The ship was stunning, and everything felt grand about it. Our concierge, Dien, was exceptional. He made the experience for us, he was personable, would remember our drink and breakfast orders, and gave amazing service in general. He was so attentive, and just a lovely person in general - can’t recommend him specifically enough. The food was amazing, with great options and all the staff were lovely and spoke good English. We would definitely book again!

    We booked the Essence Suite, which was stunning and we were very glad to have our own balcony. It is worth noting that the balcony is somewhat shared with the other Essence Suite. There is a small divider but it only comes out about a third of the way of the balcony, so you can definitely see across and even into the other room if you are on the balcony and not just sitting up against your window. This isn’t shown in the room images. It didn’t bother us as there was only someone in the other suite 1 of the nights and they did not use their balcony, but it would not feel private if there were guests who were inclined to use the balcony during the stay in the other suite. Having planter boxes fill the rest of the gap would improve privacy and the feeling of truly having your own balcony space.

    Boat and crew were fantastic (Jerry, Luna and Benji in particular were amazing)

    Transport organised by boat was expensive and had very poor communication. It made for a disappointing end to the cruise. When we mentioned to reservation staff nothing was done.

    Incroyable

    Parfait ✨ nous garderons un souvenir incroyable de cette croisière, tout était parfait et magnifique, la nourriture était très bonne et variée, le personnel aux petits soins, la vue sublime, le bateau en très bon état. Merci encore à Boo et Benji notre guide.
